Booking Process

Customers must provide valid identification (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport) at the time of booking and the original should be shown in the hotel while checking in. A minimum advance payment of 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid as per our instructions during your trip.

Group Bookings & Discounts
  • Special discounts are available for group bookings.
  • Group bookings require a minimum 30% advance payment to secure the reservation.
  • Full payment must be made 7 days before travel. Group rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
What are the payment options?

You can pay via: 

  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe
  • Net Banking
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • 30 days before travel: The full received amount will be refunded.
  • 15 days before travel: minus processing charges.
  • Less than 7 days before travel: Only Rescheduling will be an option. Note:- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Changes & Rescheduling

Date changes are subject to availability and applicable fare differences. Rescheduling within 7 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation. Name changes are allowed up to 3 days before travel, subject to an administrative fee.

 Travel Documents & Insurance

Guests must carry valid ID proof throughout their journey. The Budget Yatra is not responsible for any loss due to the unavailability of required documents. Travel insurance is highly recommended but not included unless specified in the package.

Responsibility & Liability

The Budget Yatra acts as a mediator between guests and travel agents and is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, such as flight delays, natural calamities, or government restrictions. Any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances must be borne by the traveler.

International Booking Policy

 

Passport Requirements

Guests must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of travel.Passports must have a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamps.The Budget Yatra is not responsible for any travel disruptions due to passport expiration or visa denials.It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure their passport meets the entry requirements of the destination country.

Visa & Travel Requirements

Guests are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and travel permits.The Budget Yatra can assist with visa processing at an additional charge but does not guarantee approval.Failure to provide the required travel documents will result in booking cancellation, subject to the cancellation policy.

Booking Process

A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date. 

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all international bookings.
  • Guests must ensure their insurance covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date changes are subject to availability and applicable fare differences. Rescheduling within 7 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation. Name changes are allowed up to 3 days before travel, subject to an administrative fee.
  • Rescheduling within 15 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • 45 days before travel: Full refund minus processing charges.
  • 30-44 days before travel: 50% refund of the advance payment.
  • 15-29 days before travel: 25% refund of the advance payment.
  • Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
